Will dogs be allowed to walk in the new green space on a leash with their owners?
Although that is still under consideration I’m sure you are aware there are problems. The home owners across the street from the Common Space are concerned about noise and smell. Although I am a dog lover I also know that not all dog owners are as considerate as they should be even if poop bags are provided.

Any chance the grassy field can be turned into a doggie park. With the many small dogs in Yuma East, it would be nice to have a place for them to play. A monthly or yearly fee could be charged. It’s a waste to just let it sit there.
They already have approved it to be a green space with walking path and bbq area.
